My work includes overseeing data acquisitions from our near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) systems, managing MRI patient point of care for pharmaceutical companies, and serving as a liaison to the multiple sclerosis (MS) clinic.

I am currently involved in the design, development, and analysis of a leg segmentation algorithm for sodium MRI scans of the leg. Also, I perform advanced fMRI statistical analysis in regards to the effects of a clinical drug on adolescents with dyslexia. Additionally, I am leading the development of a white matter atlas by way of diffusion tensor imaging and structural MRI labeling.
