Interests

Our group is interested in brain network analysis in neurological disorders, with a particular focus in epilepsy. Knowledge of brain network abnormalities in epilepsy will help us better understand the behavioral and cognitive effects of seizures over time, and may lead to better treatments, including surgical procedures and neuromodulation.

Projects

Currently, we are using human neuroimaging and electrophysiology to examine both resting-state and dynamic connectivity disturbances in epilepsy and other neurological disorders. This includes analysis of subcortical networks involved in arousal, as well as those relevant to surgical outcome.
